Maybe you’ve been trying so hard lately.
Trying to stay on top of everything, to keep showing up, to look fine even when you’re running on empty.

It’s strange, isn’t it?
We’re told to keep chasing, keep hustling, keep proving our worth. So when life slows us down — through exhaustion, loss, or even just boredom — we panic.
We think something’s wrong.
