Can i keep you,

In my silence 

Of prayers

I asked….

In my deepest 

Of sleep

I continuously

Asked

Waken & shaken 

By my deepest

Fear

And in an attempt

To shake it 

I silently shed

A tear,

Not for what was lost,

But for what still waits

Between unanswered words

And hesitant fates.

I fold your name

In corner of my dawn

Where birds songs

Could silently hear your sound

So when the night asks

What I’m holding dear,

I will answer softly,

My only shining star.
