A Heartfelt Confession: Why I Write, What I Struggle With, and How You Can Help
A Heartfelt Confession
Though a few days back I mentioned my first love — and truthfully speaking, I still do! But here’s the thing… when I sit down either at night or in the afternoon, my mind begins to work like a military officer:
“Charge!”
“Work!”
“Write!”
And you know what? As much as I love writing, helping, and sending my best wishes to you through these blogs, sometimes I get lost in my own words. The page fills up, but so does my head — stress, anxiety, and that heavy feeling we sometimes call depression. I know what it is… and I’m learning to live with it.
But here’s my secret wish: this little space isn’t just for my words. I want it to be for our words too. Because there are so many other topics — body shaming, cyberbullying, workplace bullying, trauma, and the quiet battles people fight when no one’s watching — and I don’t want to just guess what you need.
I want to listen.
So tell me: what’s on your heart? What topic do you wish someone would finally talk about with honesty, humor, and hope? What would you like to read when you’re scrolling late at night, looking for a spark of comfort?
You can leave a comment here, or, if you’re shy about the public platform, you can write me at ms.scales1480@gmail.com. I’ll be waiting — with a cup of tea, my laptop, and a whole lot of gratitude — for your words.
Because at the end of the day, this isn’t just my blog. It’s our little corner. Our small screen where kindness and honesty can sit together.
See you soon,
💛
(Your friend on the other side of the screen)
