Gastroenteritis: Prevention is better than Cure



 

Introduction:

It will be not wrong to say that Gastroenteritis system can be home of many diseases if not being looked after properly. As this is the first stage of digestion which further leads to liver and intestine. There are various reasons as to why any human being should eat less and to avoid temptations of food.

Gastrointestinal Infection:

Gastrointestinal infection can be define as bacteria or parasite infection that cause inflammation in stomach or small intestine due to which we suffer Diarrhea, vomiting or abdominal pain.


Causes of Gastrointestinal Infections:

The root cause of this GI can be due to drinking contaminated water or food or even eating excess of food. 

Harmful side effects of overeating:

Over eating may cause stomach to enlarge and that may cause other organs to push and create discomfort. This discomfort may then cause any person to feel tired and sluggish. 

Constant overeating may also be the root cause of different diseases like heart attack, type 2 diabetes, cancer and, metabolism syndrome. 

Two layers of vapors

It is however important to understand that there as there are two layers of vaporous beneath this earth. One is hot and dry the other more harder than the previous one.. And form clouds to which our vision cannot see, similarly the Gastro contains two forms of vapors which thus become reason for diseases. Like if the vapors travels towards our chest area it emanates flu and little down heart it causes influenza

On the other hand if your body goes into starvation mode. It may then cause low blood pressure, slow heart rate, heart rhythm abnormalities, electrolyte imbalances. 

Ways to Improve





Eat fruits and veggies: while eating prefer eating seasonal fruits and veggies.

Whole grain, fibers and nuts: By including and preferring fiber and nuts over fast food items from our list will eliminate the risk of GI.

Less Sugar  Intake of excessive sugar will definitely prove harmful for our health,it may cause diabetes, high blood pressure,weight gain and fatty liver.

Processed and Red meat : Intake of excess of processed and red meat will cause type 2 diabetes, conory heart diseases, stroke, cancer and colorectal cancer

Stay Hydrated: Water is our Creator gift to us so we can remain hydrated without any additional calories .

Exercise Regularly: We all may not afford to go to gym and work out but there is plenty of space for us to walk or stroll in park after dinner.

Home Remedies:

Basic and instant home remedy for GI is to keep one self hydrated and avoid intake of certain foods that may cause discomfort.

Medical Treatment

Doctor's prescription is recommended first and foremost important but the medicine that available in markets are Tums, Rolaids, Chooz etc

Recommendation 

As per eating habits and as prescribed the Prophet of Muhammad Sallahu Allihi Wassalam (1400 hundred years ago) (and now the science also proves similar findings) he use to keep some space for food and also among his diet includes watermelon and dates. The benefits of both are numerous. Also there are potential benefits of drinking water with a teaspoon of honey which keeps you hydrated, supports digestive system, such as by combating constipation or acid re flux symptoms. Easing a sore throat or cough — try it as a natural alternative to cough syrups and cough medications. The Prophet Muhammad Sallahu Allihi Wassalam have also prescribed using olive oil while cooking food. 

Therefore to keep the Gastro system healthy and in working condition it is recommended that the Prophet Muhammad Sallahu Allihi Wassalam to eat simple and less, eat seasonal fruits and vegetables at least drink 10 glasses of water avoid too much of seasoning in foods and after eating dinner prefer for stroll.

In today's world or our life structure have become very dull, inactive,passive. We tend to spend most of our time either on computer screens (during office hours) or TV screens/phones or tablets. There's also influx of fast foods via on phone delivery. Thus whole of this situation make us incapable of many things like deteriorating our health. We must remember that even though we may not have time or money to join gym but we can always prefer walk whenever it is possible. 

Food is important to keep you walking but we must prefer healthy foods than fast foods, eat less not to over eat and go for a stroll after dinner.
